questions
ask softly. we answer the same way.
a few things people wonder about before they sit.
the seats
start with how you like to sit. a higher seat lifts the hips and eases the knees; a lower one keeps you close to the floor. if you are unsure, the shop lists each seat's shape and height where it is known. see the seats.
the fibres, fill and construction are [PLACEHOLDER] until we can stand behind every detail. once verified, they will be listed on each product page.
care instructions are [PLACEHOLDER] for now. until they are confirmed, a gentle brush and keeping the seat out of direct sun is the safest habit.
orders & returns
delivery times and costs are [PLACEHOLDER] until shipping is set up. they will appear on the shipping page as soon as they are.
our returns terms are [PLACEHOLDER] until they are published. when they are, they will live on the returns page linked in the footer.
through the contact page. we answer slowly and kindly.
